Speech Title:Distributed Parallel Evolutionary Computing

Abstract:

The computing core of current processor is developing towards the direction of parallelization. Parallel evolutionary computing has important academic and industrial value. Traditional machine learning methods are generally focused on solving single-objective optimization problems, while evolutionary computing can solve non-derivable problems and NP-hard problems, and can solve multi-objective learning. By applying evolutionary computing to machine learning, we can optimize parameters and structure, adjust parameters and model structure, and then construct deep evolutionary neural network. It can do (super) multi-objective optimization and solve (super) multi-objective large-scale problems.

Biography:

Prof. Cao Bin, doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, winner of Hebei Outstanding Youth Science Fund, received bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees from Jilin University, postdoctoral station of Tsinghua University, "Yuan Guang Scholar" of Hebei University of Technology, was selected as one of the Hebei Province "3333 Talents Project". Long-term research on neural evolution, deep learning, computational intelligence, smart sensors. Several parallel large-scale multi-objective neural network evolution strategies have been proposed. A variety of new neural network algorithms are proposed. Served as the editorial board, Chair and program committee member of several academic journals and academic conferences. Served as the chairman of the conference to organize academic conferences in the field of artificial intelligence. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Association, a member of the Council of Tianjin Artificial Intelligence Association, and a CCF Communication Ambassador. He has presided over many national scientific research projects. In the past five years, as the first author and corresponding author, I have published a number of TOP journal papers in the first Region of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (including ESI highly cited papers and hot papers). He has published many papers in Class A journals ranked first in the Catalog of Academic Journals Recommended by Chinese Association of Automation. He has published and accepted many papers in CCF A class international and domestic journals.
